School Policies and Procedures

By enrolling in a course with Crossed Arrows Services, LLC - Wyoming Real Estate School, you are agreeing to abide by the policies and procedures of the school. Please be sure to read these before starting your course.


Learning Management System:

The Learning Management System currently utilities to provide on-line learning is Moodle. Moodle is compatible with any standards complaint web browser. They regularly test Moodle with the following browsers:

  • Internet Explorer
  • Mobile
  • Mobile Safari
  • Google Chrome

For the best experience and optimum security it is recommended that students keep their browser up to date.


Note: Legacy Browsers with known compatibility issues are:

  • Internet Explorer 10 and below
  • Safari 7 and below


Moodle Mobile Application

Moodle has available an application to be used on smart phones and tablets including Android and IOS. Visit the Google Play Store or IOS store and search "Moodle" the application will ask for your course URL which is as follows:



Student progress is based on graded written tests given throughout each course. The overall grade for a course is the average of all test grades achieved during the course. Grades are recorded by instructor in the student's permanent records, and each student receives notification shortly after each test is administered. A student who maintains less than a 65% average on written tests may be dismissed from the course at the discretion of the Institute. . Examinations will be given throughout the course to help the student understand what specific subjects they need to work on. Students must take a final exam in the course and must pass the exam in order to receive their Certificate of Completion. Minimum score to pass final exams is 80%


Grading System:

Excellent 90% - 100% (A)

Very Good 80% - 89% (B)

Satisfactory 70% - 79% (C)

Unsatisfactory Below 70% (Failing)


Probation Policy:

Crossed Arrows Services, LLC has no probation policy in view of the brevity of its courses.


Student Conduct:

Students who are not serious about obtaining high quality real estate education should not enroll in a course offered by Crossed Arrows Services, LLC. Students who do not conduct themselves as adults or disrupt classes in any way may be dismissed from class and will only be readmitted after review of the situation by the instructor. Students not readmitted will receive a refund in accordance with the Crossed Arrows Services’ Refund Policy. Plagiarism and cheating will not be tolerated. Any student caught cheating will be dismissed from the course.



Permanent records will be kept by Crossed Arrows Services, LLC of all contracts, attendance, progress and test grades relating to the individual student.



Holidays observed during the year are Independence Day, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Labor Day, Memorial Day and New Year's Day. If a class falls on one of these holidays, the class will be rescheduled. (This means that while you can log on and do work on a holiday, and instructor will not be available to answer questions.)



The refund policy provides for a full refund of all tuition paid by the student under the following circumstances:

  • If the student is not accepted,
  • If the Institute should discontinue a Course during the period in which a student would have been reasonably expected to complete his/her training.
  • Refunds are not given to students due to reasonable delays due to software, programming or hardware faults.


Course Certificates of Completion:

Upon completion of any course the offered by Crossed Arrows Services, LLC the student will receive a course diploma or certificate of completion as required by the Wyoming Real Estate Commission for licensing purposes. Course Certificates of Completion are automatically emailed to the students upon successful completion of the course.

The instructor is available to meet with students via Skype, in person or on the phone by appointment. Use [email protected] for email and Skype. You may also use the messaging option in MOODLE to contact the instructor.


Online Courses:

Students that attend on-line courses are expected to use the same politeness and behavior as a student in a normal traditional classroom setting. Students of on-line courses are also required to fill out their profile in full, including a standard passport style photograph uploaded to the profile. That photograph will be added to the student's certificate upon completion of the course.
